We have deliberately made the enrollment very easy into the website. You only need to fill out the enclosed form. Once submitted and approved by our staff, you will be notified by email with your new user name and password.  You can then return to this site and click the Login link in the left margin to begin using the site.

There is a guided tour of the basic steps you would go through to enter your data and connect with your providers. We strongly suggest that you walk through the tour to get an overview of the inner workings of the website before enrolling.
