When an organization joins the web site, they will have immediate access to several powerful tools. Organizational-level users will be able to add and maintain their providers (who in turn will be able to log into the system and perform various functions themselves - please see our Guided Tour for Providers for more info about the provider level). Organizational-level users will also be able to use the secure messaging system to communicate directly with their providers. They can also see an activity report that recaps site usage activity for providers and patients within their organization. To make data maintenance easier, an organizational-level user will be able to upload batch files for patients, vitals, and lab tests that will be processed by system administrators. The results of these processed batch data files will then be viewable in an audit report, showing a summary of successfully processed records and details for records containing errors. Finally, organizational-level users will be able to administer surveys that any patient within their organization can fill out, and will be able to view the results of any survey that they or any providers within their organization have created. This section of the website provides a condensed guided tour of the various organizational-level functions of the portal. To begin with, here is a list of the sections within the portal, with a link to each for easy navigation through the tour. Just click on the section name you wish to read more about. To return to this section area, click the Back to Top button within each section. Please click on the image thumbnails to see larger versions of each section. Each image will open within its own pop-up window. You will be able to close the pop-up windows and return to the main body of the guided tour.

They can use this module to communicate with providers within their organization; useful when they want to offer important information to their providers or to request information from their providers. Furthermore, the inbox will contain all messages received from their providers. It tracks each message and preserves them in an archive to allow the organizational-level user to go back in time to refer to an old message at any time.
